Disclaimer;

 I am not associated,endorse or am any other way affiliated with Luscombe Aircraft nor any other part of the Luscombe " family" of organizations.

 This is my own site and I am not here to promote /endorse Luscombe Aircraft.

This is a builders log for my 8-a, it is not intended to be used as a guide nor instructions for ANY TYPE of repair !!!!!!! Any information you may gain off of this site is on your own DAMNED shoulders, If you are building/repairing an aircraft get yourself a FAA A&P/IA.

On this site, I'm going to talk about my own luscombe. I'll give a bit of history on the subject itself, as well as some background on how I got involved in it. I might also include some instructions on building this project, as well as any tips or tricks I've acquired through the years. And, of course, I'll include lots of pictures of the results of my rebuild or of me enjoying myself doing it.

Here is 52B, She was ground looped and sustained HEAVY damage,ie. both wings,horizontal stab/vert stab destroyed,bent fuselage.

The bulk of the airplane is going to be canibalized for patterns , The actual useage of airplane parts from one to another is more paperwork than i want to deal with so to satisfy the F.A.A I will be fabricating the parts I need, and documenting it as a major repair.
